Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Loan Officers and/or Mortgage Prequalification Specialists to meet or exceed production goals
Monitor pipeline, activity levels, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement
Provide hands-on training, sales coaching, and call reviews to support team development
Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client experience from application to close
Manage daily huddles, one-on-one performance meetings, and team development sessions
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new sales team members as needed
Maintain a deep understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and market conditions
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of mortgage sales experience (as a Loan Officer or sales manager preferred)
Active NMLS license
Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
Solid understanding of mortgage processes and loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)
Track record of meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals
