They are seeking motivated individuals to join their event management team as Event Staff, responsible for ensuring smooth operations at various events while providing exceptional service to attendees.

Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including staging, seating, and decor arrangements
Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Manage the registration process for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience
Work closely with event coordinators to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan and timeline
Assist in coordinating vendors, catering, and other service providers to facilitate event operations
Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout the event venue, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed based on event schedules
Physical ability to lift and carry equipment as needed, and stand for long periods of time
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Preferred
Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, or hospitality preferred
