Required

1-3 years of experience in litigation; prior experience in complex or federal litigation

Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills

Strong academic background

J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School

Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa or Minnesota (depending upon location)
