Responsibilities
Adding personal injury and worker’s compensation new patients into EMR system
Uploading referring provider and attorney information
Adding new patients into Sales Force
Calling and scheduling, rescheduling New Patients involved in injury-related accidents (MVA, Workers Comp, Slip & Fall)
Sending attorney updates on clients' treatment and obtaining appointment approvals
Tracking patient appointment(s) approvals and pending status within eCW
Updating personal injury, liens, attorney and patient treatment status internal logs
Sending and receiving signed lien forms from attorneys and patients
Answering phones and responding to emails
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 Year Of Experience Working Within Healthcare
Preferred
Prior experience with PI strongly preferred
