Responsibilities
Leading strategy calls with inbound leads (50+ per month)
Understanding each client’s business, industry, and positioning before recommending PR
Selling and positioning our guaranteed publication catalog in a way that aligns with long-term brand goals
Combining organic PR and media relations with guaranteed placements when appropriate
Building PR strategies across multiple industries including tech, finance, health, and startups
Working closely with the founder to structure and grow the PR department
Helping define processes, positioning, and best practices for the team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in public relations and media relations
Strong strategic and commercial mindset
Comfortable leading calls with founders, CMOs, and senior executives
Ability to sell PR as a strategic investment, not a list of placements
Experience working across multiple industries
Interest in building and growing a department, not just executing tasks
