Responsibilities

Support the design team in creating seasonal collections for men’s outdoor and active apparel

Assist with concept development, mood boards, color palettes, and fabric/trims research

Create and update technical sketches and CADs for apparel styles

Assist in developing tech packs, including construction details, measurements, and trim callouts

Research trends in outdoor, performance, and activewear markets, including competitive analysis

Participate in fabric, trim, and color selection with a focus on performance, durability, and sustainability

Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design teams

Review samples and assist in fit, construction, and design revisions

Maintain organized design files, line sheets, and seasonal archives

Support seasonal line reviews and presentations
