Responsibilities

Develop partner level relationships with our clients by sharing our knowledge and experience

Conduct training sessions for independent insurance agencies

Assess and report on the operations of insurance agencies

Identify client needs and offer solution based services

Assist agencies in implementing new processes, new workflows, and new technologies

Ability to sell self to prospective clients

Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked

Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients

Maintain strict client confidentiality

Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work
