Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to customers in any of the 18 locations
Efficiently process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
Utilize product knowledge to recommend financial products and services to meet customer needs
Maintain a cash drawer with all proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, and proofs, ensuring it balances at the end of each day
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines, and look for fraudulent activity
Take on service opportunities including new account processing and updating customer and account information
Provide needs-based solutions for customers
Qualification
Required
1 -2 years of banking experience
Flexibility to travel as needed to our different locations
Excellent relationship building skills
Basic math and computer skills
