Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle in the DACH midmarket, from prospecting to closing new customers — both directly and together with partners
Develop tailored engagement strategies by identifying key stakeholders in target accounts
Collaborate with partners on opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships across customers and our channel ecosystem to uncover and accelerate opportunities
Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closure
Develop and execute a focused sales plan for the DACH midmarket
Identify and qualify prospects, building a strong pipeline
Use creative and proactive approaches to open doors and build relationships
Present and demonstrate the Emporix value proposition to decision-makers
Run discovery sessions and workshops to understand business and technical needs
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Channel to deliver tailored solutions
Represent Emporix at trade shows, events, and industry meetups
Share feedback with Product and Marketing to shape future strategy
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Provide reliable forecasts and performance updates
Keep track of market trends and competitor activity

Qualification

Required

Proven sales track record in SaaS or digital commerce — you know how to close and exceed targets
Ambitious, energetic, and driven by results and rewards
Comfortable with both direct sales and partner sales models
Strong relationship-building skills with midmarket stakeholders
Native-level German and excellent English skills (spoken and written)
Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment: independent, hands-on, and adaptable
Willingness to travel, mostly within the DACH region and occasionally to other locations
