Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator- Hybrid
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to lead and drive upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization efforts. The role involves architecting, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, ensuring compliance, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
Lead and drive Microsoft 365 upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization efforts
Architect, configure, and maintain secure and resilient Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and the M365 Admin Center
Own and implement best practices around identity, access, and compliance policies using Conditional Access, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, and Defender for Office 365
Act as a technical lead for M365-related projects, working closely with internal IT, Security, and business stakeholders
Manage tenant-level configurations, including hybrid integrations and licensing strategies
Proactively monitor system health, usage metrics, and security compliance via tools like PowerShell, Graph API, and Security & Compliance Center dashboards
Develop and enforce governance standards, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures
Mentor junior team members and provide advanced support and escalation on complex issues
Evaluate emerging M365 technologies and make recommendations for adoption aligned with strategic goals
Provide end-user guidance and training on new capabilities to promote adoption and productivity
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of hands-on administration and engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise setting
Proven experience leading M365 implementations, upgrades, or major configuration projects
In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and security & compliance features
Advanced experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Strong PowerShell scripting experience and familiarity with Graph API
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and interface with senior leadership
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of hybrid environments and integration with on-prem Active Directory and legacy systems
Knowledge of AI capabilities within Microsoft 365
Preferred
Microsoft Certifications (MS-102, SC-401, or equivalent)
SharePoint Online administration and customization experience
Strong experience with implementing Defender for O365
Information Protection, sensitivity Labels, and DLP (Policies for email, endpoints, and cloud apps)
Manage Data Governance (Retention labels, records management, and audit logs)
Monitor and Respond to Compliance Issues (Alerts, reports, and investigations using Microsoft Purview)
Scripting and automation (PowerShell, JavaScript / TypeScript, Graph API (via REST or SDKs, JSON)
