Responsibilities
Develop and Configure Coupa Applications
Build and enhance Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, CLM)
Customize workflows, approval chains, and dashboards
Integration & API Development
Design and implement integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Develop RESTful APIs and manage data exchange using secure protocols
System Enhancements & Maintenance
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement continuous improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Documentation
Work with business analysts, procurement teams, and finance stakeholders
Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Coupa platform configuration and scripting
Experience with Java, Python, Ruby, or similar languages
Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and integration tools
Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
Familiarity with AWS/Azure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and secure API practices
Agile/Scrum experience, JIRA for task tracking
