Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst to support public health initiatives. The role involves planning, organizing, implementing, and coordinating recovery support services at a statewide level, as well as providing technical assistance and developing program guidelines.

Responsibilities
Perform professional, consultative, and administrative work on recovery support services throughout the Commonwealth
Plan, develop, and monitor programs associated with substance use related recovery support programs in Pennsylvania
Conduct and participate in training and presentations surrounding recovery support services
Provide technical assistance to various stakeholders and recovery community organizations regarding funding, design, and development of peer support programs
Develop and revise program guidelines, standards, and procedures around recovery support services and recovery-oriented systems of care
Qualification
Required
Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience of the same; and a bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
