Receptionist
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to voicemails and text messages
Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
Distribute incoming leads to agents accurately and efficiently
Schedule appointments and coordinate vendors for team meetings
Track and manage inventory, including lockboxes and office supplies
Send handwritten notes, marketing mailers, and client correspondence
Pick up, sort, and file mail, receipts, and documents
Run occasional local errands as needed
Provide general administrative support to the real estate team
Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office environment, including coffee bar setup and supplies
Be available for occasional after-hours call or text response when required
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Comfort with basic office equipment and tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred
Previous receptionist or administrative experience
