Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support and repair for County facilities
Perform Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical and/or plumbing maintenance, repair or installation work
Perform welding and sheet metal fabrication repair and maintenance
Monitor and obtain supplies and equipment to ensure the availability of inventory for a designated work area
Remove snow and ice
Perform other duties as required or assigned

Required

Equivalent to technical school plus four years of related electrical and heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) experience
Possession of a current, valid Driver's License
