Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanical engineering, two-year associate's degree in electronics
Equivalent trade or military background
Excellent hands-on mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills combined with a developed analytical thought process
Working knowledge of PC and network systems
Willingness to attend training courses and seminars
Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
Self-motivated, outgoing, reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or emergency callouts on an as-needed basis
Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
Preferred
HP, A+, MCSE, or other industry certifications are considered a plus
