Whiteline Customer Service and Support Specialist - US
Zeder Corporation is a world leader in automotive aftermarket suspension, seeking a Whiteline Customer Service and Support Specialist. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing support with product selection, troubleshooting, and warranty claims while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers, distributors, and workshops
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding orders, availability, shipping, and warranty policies
Process orders, returns, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
Assist customers with suspension fitment, product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting
Document and resolve technical support cases; escalate complex issues to engineering or product development teams when required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zeder’s product range (Whiteline, SuperPro, Nolathane) and competitor offerings
Provide feedback from customers, installers and workshops to internal teams to support product development and continuous improvement
Work closely with sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to technical resources such as FAQs, installation instructions, and tech notes
Track and report customer issues, recurring technical concerns, and emerging trends
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in customer service, parts & fitment support, or parts advisory within the automotive aftermarket or related industry
Strong knowledge of automotive suspension systems (OEM and performance upgrades)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - capable of engaging with both enthusiasts and professional installers as well as novice DIYers
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot automotive parts issues
Proficiency with ERP software (Oracle NetSuite), and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with performance suspension products (Whiteline, SuperPro, Nolathane, or similar)
ASE certification or equivalent technical training in automotive repair
