The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of over 200 employees, ensuring accuracy, safety, and performance in daily warehouse operations.

Oversee day-to-day outbound or inbound warehouse operations, including freight, parcel and aisle inventory maintenance

Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping

Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations

Qualification

Warehouse management experienceTeam leadershipPerformance metricsWarehouse management system (WMS)Problem-solving skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team

Strong problem-solving skills

Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset

Available for travel to Uline's North American locations
