Responsibilities
Design and build reliable, scalable systems that power both user experiences and critical internal tools
Take ownership of complex, often ambiguous challenges by clarifying goals, setting direction, and delivering high-impact solutions at scale
Strengthen the broader engineering culture through technical excellence, thoughtful design, and a long-term mindset around reliability and growth
Mentor peers, influence cross-team decisions, and help the organization move faster and more effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development
4+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or Golang and have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Django or Flask
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and the ability to build scalable, maintainable systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-impact products in fast-paced environments
Have a history of influencing others outside of your team
Professional experience with video streaming technologies
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
