Responsibilities
Own delivery execution for small to mid-sized AI and technology initiatives from initiation through release
Design and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines aligned with broader program and partner plans
Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of feature requests, enhancements, and defects
Identify, track, and actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate roadblocks as appropriate
Run Agile delivery processes and ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive accountability across engineering, product, AI, and business stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
Maintain alignment between business sponsors, product leadership, engineering teams, and AI enablement partners
Serve as a primary point of coordination between technology, compliance, and business teams
Lead project meetings with clear agendas, decision-making, and follow-ups
Produce concise, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and communications for senior stakeholders and steering committees
Define and manage persona-based user experiences across Sales, Marketing, and related functions
Capture, synthesize, and translate user feedback into actionable product and delivery inputs
Maintain direct relationships with discrete user groups; facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops
Coordinate user training, onboarding, access provisioning, and ongoing user support
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-offs
Conduct hands-on testing, acting as a user to validate workflows, usability, and outcomes
Ensure production readiness through close collaboration with QA, engineering, and business teams
Support change management efforts including rollout planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement
Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure AI-enabled features adhere to governance, controls, and recordkeeping requirements
Actively manage day-to-day compliance considerations related to product usage and data handling
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Project Management, Program Coordination, or Delivery roles
Strong grounding in project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
Demonstrated ability to drive execution, accountability, and follow-through with minimal oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences
Experience coordinating across business, technology, and compliance teams in a matrixed corporate environment
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Proficiency with project and delivery tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, or similar
Preferred
Background in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment Operations
Experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting environments
Exposure to AI or GenAI-powered products, including curiosity about how AI models work and how they drive productivity and insights
Experience working with Sales or Marketing organizations, including Salesforce or similar CRM ecosystems
Strong ability to capture and synthesize user feedback into clear requirements and product improvements
