Responsibilities
Lead civil public works infrastructure projects from planning through construction
Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work
Serve as primary contact for cities, counties, and public agencies
Supervise and mentor civil engineering and design staff
Oversee preparation of public improvement plans and construction documents
Provide construction support and agency coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
California PE (active or able to obtain within 6 months)
8+ years of civil engineering experience
3+ years managing engineering staff
Strong background in municipal / public works infrastructure
Experience working directly with public agencies
