They are seeking a year-round Finance Intern to support the Controller in optimizing financial performance, establishing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures at their manufacturing facility in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities
Guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the site according to company policies, including compliance with relevant accounting rules
Help Site Team develop action plans to improve financial and operational performance. Provide financial impact, track, and report status
Identify and analyze variances between the forecasted and actual results
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results using Excel & SAP
Participate in site forecasts
Maintain standard cost for existing products and new programs
Maintain internal controls at the site according to company guidelines
Support inventory controls and accountability on high value components and fixed assets
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
Ability to work with a small team in a positive manner to achieve results
Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP
Desire to learn and grow professionally
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
