Responsibilities
Accountable for creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules and plans for developing and deploying custom manufacturing equipment to meet start of production and ramp
Drive action with internal and cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time, budget, and resource constraints
Track project progress and report effectively on status, blockers, and changes to plan of record with effective communication channels to all stakeholders
Identify creative and timely solutions to key program challenges
Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing between different program priorities
Advise and develop systems and best practices for communication and change management
Complete appropriate documentation and ensure accuracy of data across Tesla systems (Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint, Polarion, SolidWorks PDM)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, proof of exceptional ability and being hands-on, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for managing change
Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Understanding of design cycle and design problem solving processes
Preferred
Exposure to electrical test instruments (DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Power Analyzers, etc.) is a plus
