Responsibilities

Leading complex projects
Responsible for communications, project scope, schedules, risks, and resource planning
Setting the direction for the team
Main point of contact for the client
Plan, organize, track, and drive technical teams
Grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client
Contribute to the growth of the firm
Participate on the account, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives

Required

5+ years performing in a project manager role
10+ years of total experience
6+ yrs with a premier consulting firm
Experience as a project (or program) manager on fast-paced, complex projects
Ability to manage blended resource teams and achieve measurable results
Hands-on approach to client delivery and detail-oriented
Experience working in the Agile methodology (e.g., planning/running sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives, and leading scrum teams)
Technology implementation experience (e.g., data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, e-Commerce, or other digital)
Process optimization project experience
Organizational change management or user adoption experience
Ability to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationships
