Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple AST service offerings
Develop and expand relationships with commercial real estate owners, mortgage brokers, and sales brokers
Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, including outbound outreach and closed transactions
Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Maintain and grow a strong professional network within the commercial real estate community
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and solve client needs
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven role
Proficiency in English and confidence communicating with senior-level professionals
Preferred
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
