This role involves working closely with customers to deploy and customize AI-driven solutions in complex environments, translating real-world requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with customers to understand their workflows, constraints, and high-stakes problems
Translate messy, real-world requirements into technical solutions using modern AI systems
Deploy, configure, and iterate on AI products in live customer environments
Act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering/product teams — shaping roadmap decisions with firsthand insight
Prototype quickly, debug deeply, and own outcomes end-to-end
Help define best practices for deploying AI systems at scale
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar)
Experience working close to users — whether as an FDE, solutions engineer, platform engineer, or product-minded SWE
Comfort operating in ambiguity and unstructured problem spaces
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bias toward action, ownership, and shipping real things
Interest in AI/ML systems (hands-on experience is great, but not always required)
Preferred
Experience deploying software into production customer environments
Background in data platforms, ML infrastructure, or distributed systems
Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (enterprise, government, healthcare, finance, etc.)
Prior startup or zero-to-one product experience
