Responsibilities
Sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and make follow-up calls
Responsible for closing business and generating revenue for the company
Close new accounts by interacting with customers primarily via telephone or email
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent
Sales, Insurance, and/or Call Center experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with technology with emphasis in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and have an excellent phone voice
Self-motivated team player, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Confident and passionate
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology, and listening
Excellent work ethic
Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
