Papé Group is a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, seeking a Service Writer to join their team in Donald, OR. The role involves managing service department work orders and providing excellent customer service while overseeing shop workflow.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible

Provide an excellent experience for our customers

Oversee service and warranty work orders

Assist in shop workflow

Check in equipment for repairs

Assist customers

Required

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs

Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the agriculture industry
