Receptionist
Sapphire Health Services, LLC is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for both residents and team members. The Receptionist will manage the front office by greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and represent the facility in a professional manner
Responding to resident questions or inquiries
Responding to emergency calls from residents
Typing communications
Creating new files as needed
Keeping information updated and communicated
Assisting facility staff with special projects and or assignments
Assist in the dining room when needed
Conducts facility tours for potential residents and /or their families
Assists with organizing special events, prepares sign-in sheets, and assists with coordinating public relations
Greets new residents and coordinates upcoming appointments
Be acquainted with emergency and disaster plans and equipment
Be available and visible; interact with residents
Record and report significant information on a potential resident's visit or call
Assist in the collection of monthly rent from residents
File bills and send out bills when asked
Coordinate transportation of residents as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage the front office in an efficient manner
Professional representation of the facility when answering phone calls
Ability to respond to resident questions or inquiries
Ability to respond to emergency calls from residents
Typing skills for communications
Ability to create new files as needed
Keeping information updated and communicated
Assisting facility staff with special projects and/or assignments
Ability to assist in the dining room when needed
Conducting facility tours for potential residents and/or their families
Assisting with organizing special events, preparing sign-in sheets, and coordinating public relations
Greeting new residents and coordinating upcoming appointments
Familiarity with emergency and disaster plans and equipment
Availability and visibility to interact with residents
Recording and reporting significant information on a potential resident's visit or call
Assisting in the collection of monthly rent from residents
Filing bills and sending out bills when asked
Coordinating transportation of residents as needed
Performing other duties as assigned
