Responsibilities

Define and execute QuickSTAT’s long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment with group priorities and market opportunities

Oversee end‑to‑end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across all functions

Lead financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation

Deliver on quarterly RFC and annual target with respect to key company KPI’s, including but not limited to gross profit, and net profit

Build, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams; cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion

Partner with product, finance, HR, marketing, and technology leaders to drive integrated execution

Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions

Lead transformation initiatives, champion organizational agility, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity

Represent QuickSTAT to internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and key customers

15+ years of senior leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustained business results

Experience driving transformation, organizational, digital, operational, or cultural
