Responsibilities

Optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
Solicit and submit orders; ensure timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information
Increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations
Create, lead, and coordinate seasonal business plans to maximize NIKE’s business
Act as a thought partner to the Director, NA Partners Soccer Specialty and lead cross functional projects that drive the business forward on behalf of the team and channel

Required

5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in the soccer industry in retail or sales; or Nike field support experience
Strong understanding of Team Sales across Club/Grassroots and Institutional channels
Knowledge of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
Passion for soccer, ideally an enthusiast and participant
Ability to communicate moderately complex information, to varied audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter
Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues
Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions
Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
Experience developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and carry samples up to 25 lbs
Ability to travel up to 20%
Must be located in or around the New Jersey area
