Responsibilities

Lead change management activities for a large data modernization initiative, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and resistance management

Develop and execute change management plans, communications, and training strategies

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and updates to senior leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit and compliance, to ensure readiness and alignment

Utilize tools like Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint to track progress and communicate effectively

Support the migration and modernization of data assets to cloud platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption

Required

Change Implementation experience

Experience managing large-scale data modernization initiatives

Strong program and portfolio leadership skills

Excellent communication skills for executive-level content

Familiarity with audit readiness and engagement across three lines of defense

Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

Technical background in data platforms, modernization, and cloud data migrations
