DMV Advisor (Colorado Springs)
The Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR) is dedicated to empowering businesses and individuals through quality customer service and innovation. They are seeking a DMV Advisor in Colorado Springs who will be responsible for greeting customers, directing them to services, and ensuring a smooth workflow at the DMV office.

Responsibilities
Acts as the gatekeeper for the office to ensure the smooth workflow for the employees and customers
Establishes and maintains constructive and cooperative interpersonal relationships with DMV employees and customers
Assists customers with use of the appointment kiosk, website, online portal or other DMV convenience service offerings
Checks customers in for appointments and any other DMV interactions at the office
Works with walk in customers to assist and provide the best customer experience possible
Organizes the customer workflow for the office
Conducts vision testing as needed
Contacting customers as needed
Reviewing source documents and other information to ensure the customer is ready to meet with the appropriate technician
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Assisting with other office support including stocking and cleaning the greeter/advisor station
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of Customer Service or Receptionist experience or other relevant work experience
A combination of related education and/or relevant Customer Service or Receptionist experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to one (1) year
Must have a Colorado address and a Colorado State issued Driver's License at the time of application
Preferred
State experience in a work environment in which laws, rules, and regulations are put into place
Excellent Customer service skills, including utilizing conflict resolution techniques
Problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to be detail oriented
Demonstrated written communication, computer and data entry skills
Prior work in a high stress environment maintaining a professional attitude
Collaboration and teamwork skills
