Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property-level and entity-level reporting
Review financial statements and supporting schedules provided by third-party operators for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Support the preparation of investor reporting packages, including financial statements, variance analysis, and supplemental schedules
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and coordination with external parties
Maintain and improve financial reporting templates, schedules, and internal controls
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting, financial reporting, or a related role; public accounting experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred; Finance or Real Estate degrees will also be considered
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple reporting deadlines
This is a full-time, in-office position based in La Jolla

Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus
