The role involves conducting maintenance calls, documenting service details, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional image.

Responsibilities
Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls
Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed
Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call
Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion
Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times
Follow safety policies and procedures
Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics
Respecting the customer’s property
Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes
Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians
Qualification
Required
GED or High School Diploma
Ability to pass NATE Core Test
Solid communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred
Associate's degree in related field
