Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a full-cycle Remote Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting processes for both technical and non-technical roles, partnering with founders and hiring managers to achieve efficient hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, offer process, and close
Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role scorecards, must-haves, and interview plans
Source across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and outbound email; build targeted talent pipelines
Screen candidates using structured interviews and produce clear written assessments
Drive interview process velocity: scheduling, feedback collection, debriefs, and next steps
Provide weekly pipeline reporting: funnel metrics, candidate quality, risks, and blockers
Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure process compliance and consistency
Improve recruiting playbooks: templates, scorecards, outreach messaging, and process documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for VC-funded tech startups (in-house or agency)
Proven success filling roles in fast-moving environments with demanding hiring managers
Strong outbound sourcing and outreach capability (email + LinkedIn)
Experience recruiting at least one of the following: Software Engineering, Product, Data/Analytics, GTM (Sales/CS/Marketing)
Ability to work Pacific Time hours consistently
Strong written communication and judgment in candidate evaluation
Organized pipeline management across multiple concurrent requisitions
Preferred
Experience supporting Seed to Series C companies
Experience building structured interview loops and role scorecards
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing tools, scheduling, outreach platforms)
Demonstrated closing ability for hard-to-hire technical roles
