New Grad, Entry LevelMedegen Medical Products is seeking a Winder Operator C to support the film fabrication process. The primary responsibility of this role is the daily operation of the Winder while ensuring quality and production objectives are met.

Slab rolls, cut scrap winder, and grind scrap
Assist adjoining line if necessary
Maintain equipment notifying the Senior Extrusion Technician / Lead of any maintenance issues requiring immediate attention
Quality testing/data entry
Strive to achieve departmental production and quality objectives
Any supplemental responsibilities as determined by the Senior Winder Operator or upper supervision
Comply with company recycling policy
Comply with all Plant Safety and Product Safety requirements
Overtime as required
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude
Good oral /written communication skills
Computing knowledge
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
