Responsibilities
Coordinate global freight activity and serve as the main contact for shipment status
Review trade terms, secure capacity, and evaluate carrier performance
Resolve freight issues and claims with minimal cost impact
Partner with internal teams to align delivery timelines and manage exceptions
Analyze rates, vendor performance, and freight data to identify improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years in logistics, ocean freight, or import/export operations
Strong communication and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (Power BI a plus)
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, FMC/DOT/NHTSA requirements, and international shipping
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player
