Client Advocate
Teslar Software is an innovative financial technology (FinTech) company located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. The Client Advocate will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly while maintaining regular communications with their portfolio of banks.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients to collect feedback that will help drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product
Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
Facilitate recurring client meetings ensuring clear communication on commitments and timelines for an overall successful customer journey
Coordinate internal resources - including Support, Modules, Implementation, and Engineering - to provide best in class service and a seamless customer experience
Position may require some travel to ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Ability to be a self-starter, including strong multi-tasking capabilities with a track record of managing multiple client accounts with shifting priorities and details in a fast-paced environment
Passion for working with customers, proactive problem solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations
Ability to effectively communicate with our clients and bridge the gap between banking terms and Teslar Software functionality
Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Software and tech savvy
Preferred
Banking experience in Loan Operations, Commercial Lending, or related area preferred
