Responsibilities
Planning/organizing work
Training associates
Assigning and directing work
Addressing issues and resolving problems
Training associates on processes
Assisting the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements
Ensuring compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines
Assuring the safety and security of associates and inventory
Coordinating with other departments on processes and procedures
Monitoring associate production standards
Partnering with Supervisor to ensure SOPs are followed
Performing all functions same as a fulfillment associate
Meeting or exceeding company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security
Completing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of direct experience in a 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse environment
WMS helpful
Must have some leadership experience
Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement
High school or GED required
Must be able to lift 30lbs-50lbs
