10x Genomics is looking for a Procurement Supply Chain Intern to support their US Global Procurement team. This internship focuses on executing high-impact projects centered on master data management and process improvement, while providing practical experience in a global supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

Use Excel or data programming tools to simplify routine tasks and improve productivity for the procurement team

Create clear, step-by-step instructions for Oracle workflow processes to help standardize how we work

Assist in building and updating dashboards that visualize procurement performance and project milestones

Assist with on-going system enhancement projects / initiatives

Partner with members of the Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to support ongoing system initiatives

Required

Able to commit to a full-time internship program for 10-12 weeks during summer of 2026

Minimum a junior or senior in college or recent graduate for a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Operations, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management

Clear understanding of procure-to-pay process and related transactions

Understanding of ERP and MRP systems procurement and planning tools such as Oracle, SAP, QAD or other commonly used manufacturing software. 10x presently uses Oracle for P2P management

Ability to interpret, model, and analyze data

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred

Direct experience with procurement or supply chain in an established life science, medical device or biotechnology related organization

Proficiency in BI tools (such as Tableau) and Excel Macro is an added advantage

Experience working within cross functional project teams with diverse stakeholders
