F100 Forecast Deputy - (Onsite)

Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight by designing and servicing advanced engines. They are seeking an F100 Forecast Deputy to support the F100 Fleet and Materials Integration Manager with forecasting changes and updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Responsibilities

Complete the requests, approvals and communication for the Cycle Forecast updates and ad-hoc forecast changes
Update Build of Materials (BOMs) for forecasting based on customer inputs, engineering changes, and supplier inputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate as required to drive resolution of forecasting misalignments
Monitor and validate updates to ensure consistency and data integrity
Executive report out of forecast changes
Monitor and ensure execution of the remaining L3 CAR action items

Required

Bachelor's degree
8 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management or An advanced degree with 5 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
Master Data, MRP Scheduling, SAP experience, and Planning Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Excel Skills related to v-lookups, macros, Power Query, VBA, Access Databases, and SQL
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Qlik, PowerBI, and/or any other visualization tool experience
SIOP, Planning, and Inventory experience
Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
Proven organizational and project management skills
At least 2+ years of experience with Military Engines Programs
Forward thinking, strategic planning experience
