Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to align business, technology, and product functions, ensuring a cohesive approach to organizational goals
Establish clear communication channels and protocols to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and interdepartmental conflicts
Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency to impact KPIs and financial performance
Collaborate with leadership to define project priorities and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plans
Monitor and report on the progress of cross-functional initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments
Communicates strategically regarding insights on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry disruptions to guide strategic decision-making in the healthcare sector
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in strategic planning or product management
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and data-driven approach
Mastery of strategic planning and execution
Mastery of collaboration and teamwork
Growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and development
Experience with Epic EMR or other relevant healthcare technology systems
Preferred
Master's degree
