Facilities Project Manager
BELEN Network is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Facilities Project Manager to lead construction and equipment installation initiatives. The role involves overseeing large-scale facility projects, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.

Responsibilities
Oversee facility construction and installation projects from start to finish, including equipment setups, site readiness, and supporting infrastructure
Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors in executing detailed project scopes for manufacturing environments
Monitor project budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables to ensure operational readiness
Partner with internal stakeholders and field teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and adapt to evolving production needs
Ensure every element, whether mechanical, electrical, or structural, is installed safely and meets operational specs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience in Construction Project Management or Facilities Management, especially in manufacturing or industrial settings
Solid understanding of building systems, equipment layouts, and infrastructure requirements
Confident communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, leadership, and vendors
Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a 'get-it-done' attitude
