Ayr Wellness is a leading multi-state cannabis operator in the U.S., and they are seeking a Supply Planning Analyst. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, evaluating capacity, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for scheduling production
Evaluate and determine estimated production line set-ups, cycle times, and work center hours
Perform root cause analysis of business processes and system problems and recommend solutions
Reviews current processes and recommends continuous improvements
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis.”

Required

Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Strong Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Must be dependable, professional, and confident. And be able to follow instructions and respond to management direction
Able to pass all background checks as mandated by the Florida Cannabis Control Commission
Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Florida Cannabis Control Commission
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
3+ years relevant experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Equivalent combination of work/education experience accepted
