Responsibilities
Respond to ad-hoc data requests by querying data sources and creating reporting views
Organize, analyze, and present data-driven insights and analytical findings to management
Develop and perform complex analytical models to support business decision-making
Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake SQL code, including stored procedures (SPs), to support analytics and reporting needs
Manage and support Snowflake deployments, including version control, promotion across environments (dev/test/prod), and deployment validation
Collaborate with internal and external business partners to deliver enterprise-level initiatives and projects
Lead and mentor a team supporting strategic departmental and divisional projects
Ensure analytical deliverables align with organizational goals, culture, and values
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting
Proficiency in Snowflake SQL development and SSIS packages
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
5+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent skills in use of SQL to gather data from a variety of sources
Highly proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in meeting and presenting to Senior Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Preferred
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
