Lead the end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation program
Drive governance, planning, milestones, budget, and RAID management
Coordinate Finance, SCM, Data, and Integration workstreams
Manage system integrators and vendor dependencies
Ensure smooth data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live
Provide clear executive reporting and decision support
Ensure business continuity throughout the migration
Qualification
Required
8+ years of ERP Program / Project Management experience
Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle R12 Financials & SCM
Proven leadership of Oracle R12 → Oracle Fusion Cloud migration programs
Experience managing large, complex ERP transformations
Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to challenge vendors, validate scope, and drive decisions
Oracle EBS: 10 years (Required)
Oracle Cloud: 5 years (Required)
Data migration: 5 years (Required)
