Supervise and develop maintenance staff, provide direction, and manage team performance
Mentor and coach team members to support career growth
Set expectations and ensure follow-through on safety and performance
Assign responsibilities effectively and empower team ownership
Drive projects to successful completion and continuous improvement
Make timely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on repair of warehouse equipment including conveyors and forklifts

Manage supply inventory, vendor coordination, and recycling programs
Plan and execute maintenance strategies aligned with operational needs

Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse setting
3+ years managing facility, building, or maintenance operations
1–3+ years of mechanical repair experience (conveyors, forklifts, etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
