Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

General warehouse duties of keeping the area clean, safe, organized and secure
Checking in materials from purchase orders/vendor paperwork ensuring count from vendor paperwork matches quantity delivered and noting on copy of our purchase order any quantity discrepancies
Labeling & placing parts in the proper locations in warehouse for distribution
Pulling parts for technicians based on transfers created from usage report of the previous day jobs
Pulling parts for technicians from Warehouse Requests filled out by technicians at the window for truck stock
Perform physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
Ability to do cycle counts to help manage truck inventory stock
Experience with Excel worksheets is another advantage. Must have basic computer skills
Running errands to pick-up items in “Will Call” at vendors
Forklift experience is a plus. Training can be provided
Organize scrap a/c condensers & coils and throw away returned water heaters in recycle receptacle
Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Conduct basic repairs (e.g., rack assembly, lighting replacements, minor plumbing, or drywall touch-ups)
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized HVAC or electrical repairs, or similar services
Ensure the exterior and interior of the warehouse/building remain clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven Reliability: We require a professional with a consistent track record. High attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable requirements for this role
Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
Great communication & adaptability skills
Clean driving record and drugfree workplace

Preferred

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or industrial maintenance is preferred
Experience with Excel worksheets is another advantage
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
Experience working with Inventory Tracking/ERP systems (preferably Service Titan)
