Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the execution of day-to-day activities and logistics of Demo Spaces within assigned region; ensure a standard of excellence in all on-site execution duties of program

Lead and facilitate training sessions and events for demonstrations of XR/AI technologies, both locally and within the region, in addition to overseeing an internal training program focusing on public policy across the region

Conduct training sessions for local Meta employees and agency staff to proficiently deliver product demonstrations

Manage device deployment and scale demo spaces across key regional offices, ensuring efficient management and deployment of event kits

Act as a strategic liaison between management and employees, wielding decision-making authority to drive business and operational outcomes

Liaise directly with internal team for staffing all engagements where demos will be supported by team

Act as the primary point of contact and on-site management for employees, offering guidance/support, and conduct performance management activities as needed

Complete all required reporting and analysis by required deadlines

Partner closely with BDS Account Team and client to meet and exceed goals, while improving the brand experience for customers

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of retail management experience required

3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail required

Experience conducting production demonstrations required

Experience in client management and working effectively with key stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with AR/VR and gaming technology preferred
