Responsibilities

Establishes and directs the execution of the operating plan for assigned venues, consistent with the strategic vision of the Entertainment division and the properties
Oversee theater operations and various technical aspects of venues under their direction including all maintenance and repairs. Collaborate with development team to create and plan new entertainment concepts and execute on established plans
Oversee property ticketing sales and management of box offices for venues assigned, maintaining two-way dialogue with corporate ticketing on inventory and yield management
Oversee production elements of various nonticketed events. This includes all band/act setups and teardowns. Strong collaboration with property based special events teams to execute on their established strategies for other events (e.g. casino tournaments and brand activation events)
Manage monthly/annual departmental budget/forecast; provide supporting documentation for senior management’s review, when necessary. Monitor departmental expenditures, prepare justification for budget variations, and project increases for new projects. Recommend capital expenditures to maintain optimal operating environment
Manage client and property stakeholder relationships and cross functional interfaces at multiple levels within the Entertainment division and throughout the Company
Drive employee engagement and guest experience through coaching, training and development

Required

4+ years of prior relevant experience in production, showroom, or entertainment operations
Strong background in ticketing, production, bookings, and event management
Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with agents and agencies
Solid financial acumen, including hands-on experience with budgeting, profit and loss management, labor cost control, purchasing, forecasting, and capital project management

Preferred

Experience managing a showroom and box office is preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
